A IRA DO AFETO

The wrath of affection plunges into the light and darkness of affective relationships, putting a magnifying glass in human tendencies from the perspective of a clown who maintains extreme behaviors and always lives on the edge. For 60 minutes we follow the trajectory of a woman about to be arrested, assuming all possible risks to be able to love and be loved. The show deals with humor with issues such as abandonment, mental health and psychological abuse experienced mainly by women. Breaking the fourth wall, the protagonist invites the audience to experience a roller coaster of feelings and sensations that exist inside the head of a neurodivergent person.

On the day of her imaginary judgment, the clown devours begs for prison as the only way to guarantee her safety and that of others. Balancing itself on the limit between its internal sensation and reality, the clown invites the jury/public to plunge into the light and darkness of affection from her point of view. The urgency of devouring the demand of the public verdicts on the limits of normality: what he most wants is to remove any remnant of madness from himself. Will there be anything left after?
