Work in progress (unreleased)

Driven by the guiding questions, “How does your home dance? Which dances—and how many dances—does your everyday life reveal and produce?”, the group has been developing the performance From What Does Not Yet Exist to What No Longer Exists since 2014, a choreographic scenic game.

She feels feverish, hungover, slumped on the sofa in the corner of the living room, almost without the strength to carry on. Everything burns. The smell of smoke hangs in the air. She crosses bridges and overpasses while looking up at a sky covered in lilac dust. She wonders whether it is possible to create new beginnings in the midst of an ending, lubricates her eyes with dry breaths. She repeats to herself that every ending is temporary and continues dancing her unconfessable deliriums.

She is her only audience and collects failures in a series of little boxes filled with hidden treasures. She licks her wounds while dancing through her clichés and most embarrassing excuses. She enjoys the sensation of dancing alone throughout the night. Belonging nowhere, she performs her homeless dance, having only her three suitcases and her imagination as companions. Always carrying more than she needs and always missing a few essential things.

Itinerant dance. Dancing luggage-body. She dances, above all, because the wind whispered in her ear at the age of six that only through dance could she erase her name in order to become now.
